If you found something illegal or abusive on a website, email or file hosted by MozOut Moçambique — phishing, malware, spam, a scam, content copied without permission or content that puts people at risk — tell us using this form. Every report is read by a person on our team.
Is someone in immediate danger? Call the police or your local emergency services first. This form is not monitored in real time and is not for emergencies.
Are you a customer who needs help with your service? This form is not for support requests. Contact us.
Report received
If the report is about your work or your trademark, tell us which one it is (with the trademark registration number, if you have one), where the infringing content is and how we can confirm that the rights are yours. The reported customer receives the content of the report, including your name, so they can respond.
The full process, including counter-notices, is in our Copyright Policy. Disputes over a domain name are not handled here: they follow the rules of the body that runs the extension.
You get the report number on screen as soon as you send it. We only contact you again if we need more information. We do not give details about another customer's account.
It depends on how serious the case is and on the evidence. Child abuse, intimate images, phishing and malware go first. When we contact the reported customer, they have 48 hours to reply.
Yes. Choose "Spam", give the sender's address and paste the full message headers into the description: without them we cannot confirm where it came from.
We can only act on what we host. If the website is with another provider, the report has to go to them.
What you write in the form, the files you attach and the IP address you send from. We use this data only to handle the report and to stop abuse of the form itself. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
No. We ask for your name and email so we can confirm the report and prevent false reports. We do not share them with the reported customer, except in copyright or trademark reports.
Screenshots or PDFs that show the problem: up to 3 files, 10 MB each. Do not send the illegal content itself or infected files — the address and the description are enough.
Only once we have confirmed the report. As a rule, we first ask the customer to explain, and they have 48 hours to reply. In serious cases we suspend straight away.
Reply to our message within 48 hours: remove the content or explain why you are entitled to use it. For a copyright report, you can file a counter-notice as described in our Copyright Policy.
A deliberately false report harms real people. We may ignore it, and the form limits repeated submissions.
